It's for the ones who've already tried that — the books, the podcasts, the productivity systems, the courses — and are still waking up as someone they don't fully recognize. Performing well. Feeling hollow underneath it.

One-on-one work with me isn't about adding another tool to that pile. It's about finding out who you've been protecting yourself from being — and building a self that doesn't need the armor anymore.

Before you go further

Who this is for

  • You're functioning — maybe even excelling — but something underneath feels disconnected, performed, or quietly exhausting to maintain.
  • You've done real self-work already. You're not new to this. You understand your patterns intellectually and you're still stuck inside them.
  • You're ready to feel things you've been managing around, not just think about them differently.
  • You want one person who's tracking the whole pattern of your life, not a new framework every two weeks.

And who it isn't

I'll say this plainly

Pretending this work is for everyone does no one a favor.

  • If you want a quick fix, a script, or a 30-day transformation — this isn't that. Real identity work moves at the pace of nervous systems, not content calendars.
  • If you're not willing to feel discomfort before things get clearer — this will frustrate you. The work asks you to sit with what you've been avoiding before it asks you to fix it.
  • If you're looking for someone to agree with the story you already tell about yourself — I won't be a good fit. I'll reflect what I actually see, even when it's not the version you came in with.
  • If you're in active crisis or need clinical mental health support — I'm not a substitute for that, and I'll tell you so directly and point you toward the right kind of help first.

This isn't exclusivity for its own sake. It's that depth work done with someone who isn't ready for it tends to do more harm than staying where you are.

How I work — the path

Three thresholds. Not a script — the architecture underneath the work.

Layered through all three thresholds, I draw on archetypal mapping — King, Warrior, Lover, Magician — to help you recognize which parts of you are underdeveloped, which are overcompensating, and what an integrated version of you actually looks like in practice, not theory.

What this actually looks like

  • One-on-one sessions, video or in-person depending on location
  • Between-session practices specific to your nervous system and your patterns — not generic homework
  • Direct, honest reflection — including when something you've told yourself doesn't hold up
  • A relationship that tracks your whole arc, not just the problem you walked in with

Pricing

There's no flat package here, and I want to be upfront about why.

The depth of this work — and what it costs — depends on what you're actually working with: how long the patterns have been running, how much of the architecture needs to be rebuilt, and how far you want to go. Some people need focused work on one specific pattern. Others are doing a full rebuild of how they relate to themselves. Those are different journeys, and pricing them the same would be dishonest to both.

Pricing is set after the discovery call, once we both have clarity on what you actually need.

Engagements typically range from $2,000 to $10,000, depending on scope and depth.

Where you land in that range is something we figure out together on the call — not before.

Common questions

Before you book

Engagements typically range from $2,000 to $10,000, depending on how deep we go and what your journey actually needs. There's no flat package — pricing reflects the real scope of the work, not a tier you pick off a menu. We land on the number together after the discovery call, once we both know what we're working with.

If you're at that threshold —

45 minutes. Not a sales pitch — a real conversation about where you are, what's blocking you, and whether this is the right fit. If it's not, I'll tell you that too.

No obligation. No hustle energy. Just a conversation.
